A Lancashire based Tech Company are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Service Desk Analysts for its Tier 1 Service Desk.A great opportunity to break into the IT sector and be full trained and developed in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

Hybrid working available, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

What will you be doing day to day?

Support their customers in the use of the applications, hardware and services

Provide office-based telephone, email and remote access support.

Take ownership of incidents from start to finish, escalating and feeding back to the customer as required.

Maintain a high customer experience throughout the life-cycle of all incidents and problems

Troubleshoot PC hardware and peripheral issues

Raise and manage engineer callout requests
