Role Overview:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll serve as the vital link between candidates and clients, undertaking a range of responsibilities including interviewing, marketing, consulting, and headhunting to secure the ideal candidate for various roles. Specialising in Executive Search Recruitment, we focus on placing senior-level talent across industries such as Construction, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Technology. This is a 360 recruitment role, wherein you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly liaising with senior executives via phone/video calls

Sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates on behalf of clients

Pitching tailored search solutions to address client needs

Facilitating the interview process, including scheduling and feedback management

Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends

Building and managing candidate databases

Engaging in cold calling and networking activities

Negotiating terms of business and contracts
