At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

Main Duties:

Registering and interview new candidates

Updating the details of existing candidates

Preparing candidate CVs

Quickly develop an understanding of the Insurance sector

Matching candidates to suitable live vacancies.

Working on job vacancies

Contacting shortlists of candidates for job vacancies

Arranging job interviews for candidates

Preparing candidates for interview

Ad-hoc duties as needed

Essential Skills Required:

Strong IT skills including all MS Office

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Willing to learn a new industry and skills

What you need to know:

Permanent role

Based in Radlett, Herts WD7 – working Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm – hybrid

Salary between £20,000 – £25,000 with opportunity for incentives and bonuses
