Purpose The Junior Broker Support Analyst is a key member of the mortgage lending team, providing essential support to intermediaries who require technical assistance, answers to criteria questions, and updates on cases.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery to our partners.

Job Role Accountabilities Provide timely and accurate technical support to intermediaries.

Respond to inquiries regarding criteria questions and offer guidance.

Keep intermediaries updated on the status of their cases.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending process and products.

Collaborate with the IT Operations team to resolve technical issues.

Ensure all written and verbal communications are clear, professional, and effective.

Examples of Key Activities and Skills Logging and responding to questions or queries from brokers and other relevant external partners.

Developing and maintaining a broker database Providing support with existing applications, including setting expectations with intermediaries on actions required.

Demonstrate full understanding of the MPowered Mortgages product suite, high-level criteria, and sales process.

Provide support and guidance to intermediaries on their lending requests, securing their commitment even on complex matters Ensure all communications with intermediaries and third parties are professional.

Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all internal stakeholders and departments.

Support our National Sales/Corporate Account Managers as required to maintain business critical relationships.

Qualification, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Qualifications Essential – Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field Desirable – Ce Map Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in the use of mortgage lending software and tools.

Proficient in the use of Chat/CRM software and tools.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Relevant experience in a support role within the mortgage lending or financial services industry is preferred.
