As a Paralegal in our Motor Damage team, you will support our legal professionals in managing a varied caseload of credit hire claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills in a collaborative and supportive environment

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with case management, legal research, and document preparation
  • Reviewing and analysing damage claims
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
  • Managing case files efficiently and ensuring compliance with court deadlines
  • Supporting senior fee earners with litigation processes

What will help you succeed in this role? :

  • A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification)
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A keen interest in credit hire and litigation
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
