- Supporting Site Team in all aspects of scheduling works – review and understand route of design / construction drawings and converting programme into street works noticing and interrogating – SRWR (Scottish Road Works Register) to ensure free road space for works.
- Providing accurate data input updates for Streetworks Notice maintenance. Advance Notice through to Registration Notice using bespoke system (SRWR – Scottish Road Works Register)
- Produce, review and understand daily Jeopardy Reporting to ensure compliance with NRSWA and avoidance of any penalty notices.
- Proactively monitor live street works to ensure system updates within statutory timescales.
Confident communication with internal and external parties for updates on street works.
Confident Administrator
- Current driving licence – not essential
- Appropriate level of IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Good level of written and oral communication and influencing skills (to communicate at all levels both within and out with the business)
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
The role holder is required to take responsibility for the management of all Streetworks Notices required to allow CWA to carry out any works on the Public Highway. Training will be given to suitable candidate.
