We are seeking a talented and passionate Graduate Composite Design Engineer to join our team in the development of innovative composite engineering solutions for the marine, defence, aerospace and automotive industry’s.

As a Graduate Composite Design Engineer, you will be working closely with our Technical Director to develop the next generation of composite tooling.

You will be a major part of the development team, helping design, and carry out trials to evaluate / prove new materials, processes, and techniques.

You will be responsible for writing up the results of the trials and issuing reports that evaluate the usability and cost effectiveness of the developed tooling system.

As part of the cost evaluation process, you will help in the generation of a structured quotation software package that will aid in current and future tooling quotations and ‘what if’ scenarios.
