Job DescriptionAbout:The client are a leading trading software house committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to their clients. They are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Line Support Analyst to join a dynamic team.Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical and non-technical support to our clients.Respond to and resolve technical and non-technical requests.Maintain and monitor end-user workstations and productivity on local area network.Perform basic troubleshooting from the network layer to application in the OSI model.Qualifications:IT literacy, from personal projects, university, apprenticeship, or part-time IT work.Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience:While experience in a commercial setting is beneficial, it is not necessary for this role. The client value peoples passion for IT and your ability to learn and grow more than your previous work experience.
