Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Fostering and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders, promoting collaboration between business and technical teams.

  • Developing and maintaining reports to track essential metrics, utilizing this data to analyse challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Exploring and sharing innovative techniques for data visualization and presentation to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.

  • Implementing ITIL practices such as release management, change mangement, incident management, and problem management.

  • Working closely with the customer experience team to analyse trends, ensure adherence to ticketing procedures, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Investigating existing IT processes, understanding business requirements, and providing recommendations for enhancements. Assisting in overseeing third-party relationships.

The successful applicant will have strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in IT and the financial services industry.
