We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice who is interested in working in Financial Services and wishes to pursue a career in Digital Marketing.???

The role of the Digital Marketing Apprentice involves developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote products or services. This includes social media, creating content, running digital advertising campaigns, analysing data metrics, and optimising strategies to reach target audiences.????

Sat within the Asset Management side of the business and working on brands including M&G Investments, M&G Real Estate and InfraCapital – this role will be perfect for someone who is interested in learning the basics of marketing, Digital & Brand within a fast-paced Brand & Digital Marketing function.??

The successful applicant will be exposed to various digital projects and will work closely with other teams within the business, helping our function to deliver against our Marketing & Business objectives??

Key Responsibilities for this role:?

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and PPC.

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and compelling content for digital channels.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to management.
