Boutique law firm are looking for a graduate calibre secretary to join their dynamic corporate law team and provide support to the heads of the department. Some secretarial experience in corporate or commercial law experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex calendar and diary management.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Amending, proof reading and editing complex documents, reports, and presentations
  • Completing expense reports.
  • Billing and preparing invoices.
  • Assisting with business development projects / functions.

The successful candidate must be positive, proactive and be a strong team player. It is also essential that you are a confident communicator with good client skills.
