A well established, super cool, media production company based in London are searching for an assistant to their CEO. The company have worked on several high profile projects across film, documentaries and music and are looking for a organised, fast paced graduate who has experience working in the Media industry in a support role.

This will be an office based role, working in their fantastic offices alongside the rest of the UK team and This role will also work alongside the team based in LA.

Key Responsibilities as Assistant to CEO:

· Create and manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and scheduling

· Communicate with the LA based team

· Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries for executives

· Monitor and track project deadlines, and proactively follow up on action items

· Conduct industry research and compile data

· Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations

· Assist and oversee projects/research/reports as needed

· Completing additional executive needs as they arise

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise as Assistant to CEO:

· Aptitude for efficiently managing email correspondence and scheduling

· Confident interacting with high-level personnel and acting as a liaison between multiple executives

· Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to work with teammates from different backgrounds

· Comfortable making proactive recommendations

· Proficient in handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail

· Curiosity and willingness to develop industry related knowledge

· Educational background includes holding a Bachelor’s degree

· Experience working at an agency, studio, production company or network is desired, but not required
