Maru is seeking a Research Executive/Junior Analyst to join our Client Advisory Team. In this role you will work with a seasoned team of researchers and project managers and will be part of a driven, self-motivated team. You will get the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the research process – from survey design, build and checking to putting together PowerPoint documents to share learnings with clients. This person’s contributions to the team will help us provide quality results for our clients.

We are looking for collaborative, forward-thinking individuals to work with our clients as a partner, a problem solver, and steward of high-quality research. The position requires a candidate who is goal oriented, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and has outstanding written and oral communication skills.

This is the perfect role if you’re an upcoming or recent graduate or at the early stages of your career as a Research Executive.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly

Support all aspects of the research process

Communicate across internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and provide regular updates regarding project status.

Support client research needs and contribute innovative ideas and relevant solutions to continually improve project processes

Ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet the clients needs prior to delivery

Liase with clients on project updates

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the quantitative research process

Basic experience developing screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides and analytic reports

Outstanding ability to think strategically, independently, and identify and resolve problems.

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail a must

Results oriented. Strong analytic aptitude

Able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment

Excited to work in a collaborative work environment

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and related computer software packages

Salary range for this role is £26,500 – £28,500 GBP.
