Junior Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre

£22,000-£24,000 Base salary – £40k OTE (Commission on top of base salary)

You’ll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best – including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.

You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth and helping them to reach their goals.

You’ll manage offers & close deals.
