Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in our Customer Experience team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Experience Consultants to deliver outstanding projects and programmes for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks and you will play a critical role in all aspects of the customer experience journey.

Key Responsibilities

Play a significant role in the delivery of projects for our clients.

Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.

Work effectively with team members to ensure the highest levels of service delivery. This includes organizing your own work activities to fit with project plans.

Maintain clear communication channels with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Liaise with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for the support of projects.

Efficiently manage and administer our suite of assessments and certification programs.

Manage participant learning management systems, ensuring that participants have all the information that they need in a timely manner.

Provide the Customer Experience Consultants and wider team with support on a variety of tasks including supporting the subcontractor Consultant relationship by issuing purchase orders, collecting feedback, contracts, and other compliance processes.

Support the evaluation of projects by ensuring feedback is collected and working with the Customer Experience Consultants by analysing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives including helping to identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for improved efficiency.

Continue to develop own analytical and consulting skills, knowledge and understanding of expertise areas.

What We’re Looking For

A driven and enthusiastic graduate with a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A confident, proactive and resourceful self-starter with the ability to take initiative, experiment, and solve problems independently to deliver results.

Keen attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Comfortable using technology, particularly Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel), and learning new tools quickly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and remain calm under pressure.

Collaborative mindset with the agility to work with a number of colleagues on simultaneous projects and effectively prioritise deliverables.

Willingness to work flexibly in a small business environment. This is a hybrid-working role with the majority spent working remotely from the location of your choice and the occasional travel required for team meetings / meetings with other team members. We also offer WeWork membership and often get together to work in-person.
