This thriving Primary School, nestled in a peaceful rural suburb within Wembley, are in the process of seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant high in both energy and empathy, keen to make a positive impact to the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged students, to join their dedicated inclusion team as soon as possible.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Benefits:

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:

  • Primary school located in Wembley
  • A multifaceted role encompassing a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting with academics to providing emotional support fostering social interaction
  • To work closely with an inspirational inclusion unit and collaborate with teachers to ensure essential emotional and academic progress
  • To tailor your support to the idiosyncratic requirements of every student amongst the provision’s diverse cohort
  • Sociable hours of 08:30 – 15:30 weekdays (no weekends)
  • Coveted SEN Teaching Assistant role
  • Interviewing and trialling immediately for an ASAP start

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Pre-Requisites:

  • High-calibre Degree from an elite British University (ideally Psychology-related)
  • Empathetic disposition and collaborative attitude
  • Experience with children or vulnerable adults advantageous
  • Passion in education and in the emotional progression of young people in crucial stages of development
