A high achieving Secondary School are recruiting for a graduate to fill a Teaching Assistant vacancy to provide support to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This school is fully equipped to offer and support with the initial stages and training for the successful candidate. Additionally, there is an opportunity to be heavily involved with interventions and specialist support sessions for students who require extra support.

Role Responsibilities:

Support students within KS3 and KS4 across a range of subjects in a classroom based setting and also support students on a pastoral basis to overcome barriers to achieving in education.

Person Specification:

Degree: University Graduate, First or Second Class

Ambitions: Subject Teacher, Academic Tutor, Pastoral Support

Communication: Clear verbal and written

Experience: Have worked with students in an academic environment previously
