You will take on the role of an inspirational leader, collaborating with educators and the larger school community to create a safe and loving learning environment for students to excel.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will be:

To support pupils with varying additional learning needs and prior attainment levels across a variety of capacities.

To maintain and actively boost high academic and behavioural expectations.

To mentor and coach pupils in the development of their self-confidence and aspirations for their future.

To work cooperatively with all staff members to support every pupil to succeed.

To support and lead learning activities, developing the ability to teach whole classes in future.

Requirements:

Hold an undergraduate degree, preferably grade 2:2 or above.

To trial all candidates will require minimum of two references and an Enhanced DBS Certificate. (We can assist with this)

Committed personality and approach to working with young people.

Ability to remain positive and calm during difficult challenges/situations.

Experience working in a primary environment is desired, but not necessary.
