Key responsibilities

  • Participate in a program across various departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support. You can select your desired area at the time of application.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Assist in the analysis and resolution of complex business problems.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of LMAX Group’s systems, processes, and products.
  • Provide support for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Interest in financial markets and technology is a plus.
