The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Junior Account Manager to join our Account and Production team for a minimum of 9 months on a Fixed Term Contract. With a variety of clients and projects, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn how a multidisciplinary studio delivers successful projects to all our clients across a multitude of industries. You will want to work within a supportive and collaborative environment and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.

Being passionate about 3D and the creative industries whilst appreciating the unique processes that coincide with producing high quality animation and film will be essential to the success of each project.

You will need a keen eye for detail and produce work to the highest possible standard in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Account manager with managing our client accounts and help maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Coordinate and assist with the Accounts and Production Team with overseeing project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

Take clear and accurate minutes and notes during all meetings and share information with the relevant teams/departments.

Communicate client needs and project requirements to internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Support the Account Manager with the preparation of project updates, reports, and proposals to clients.

When required, support the Account Manager with monitoring project budgets and assist in financial tracking and reporting.

Assist in organising internal meetings and good upkeep of the general diary management.

Work closely with the Account Manager with the upkeep and requirements to the CEO and their diary management.

Ensure all Account Management software and programs are well maintained and up to date.

Help and support the upkeep of timesheets across all departments.

Prepare meetings rooms and ensure the relevant people are briefed ahead of meetings.

Collaborate with project leads to understand project requirements and objectives.

Assist the Account and Production Team in ensuring team meetings, brainstorming sessions and debriefs are scheduled and adhered to whilst contribute ideas, insights, and feedback from the client and on the workflows.

Support the Account Manager with the management and running of multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
