Job Description
Levy are on the lookout for a Project Support Analyst on a 12-month fixed term basis to join our fast-paced Transformation programme. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the programme by bringing key skills such as governance pack creation, reporting, and planning across multiple deliverables. The Transformation programme is large, complex, and already underway, so you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running.
You will be the primary interface for the Transformation programme, overseeing the coordination and administration of ongoing activities and working with a variety of stakeholders throughout.
This is an exciting and varied role, providing a great opportunity to play a part in the transformation process.
In this role, you’ll spend your time:
Creating, collecting, quality assuring, and circulating meeting papers
Pack creation to support programme meetings
Producing comprehensive and accurate records for the programme
Supporting the coordination of key programme tasks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Tracking and managing actions through to completion
Providing financial management, including third-party costs from external providers
Maintaining programme records for audit purposes
Managing the programme SharePoint site
Supporting Project Managers with ad-hoc requests

Qualifications and Experience
While we place more importance on cultural contribution than technical ability, we’d really like you to have:
Experience of working on large-scale
Change/Transformation
programmes
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple priorities at once
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to produce quality presentations (high level of MS PowerPoint skills is a huge benefit)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
The ability to plan ahead, problem-solve, and see tasks through to completion
A high level of written and oral communication with the ability to tailor messages creatively and appropriately to various audiences
Competence in using MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
Experience in financial services is desirable but not mandatory
Prince 2/APM accreditation is desirable
Eagerness to grow within the role, taking on tasks outside your comfort zone to meet programme demands
