Leading US firm is hiring a new Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant to join the wider, growing HR team permanently.  This firm has a fantastic reputation and regularly promote internally therefore fantastic progression opportunities are available.

Responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment selection process, including advertising and screening applications, video interviews, inviting candidates to assessment stages, coordinating interviews and collating feedback
  • Managing the preparation and distribution of assessment centre materials and resources
  • Supporting with the offer process, including managing all offer paperwork
  • Supporting with the organisation of the two annual vacation schemes.
  • Assisting the team in executing a comprehensive attraction strategy to build and develop the Firm’s reputation and brand amongst perspective students
  • Assisting in planning networking events, presentations, and skills sessions (both in person and virtual). This will include coordinating event logistics, venue booking, and sourcing speakers and attendees
  • Supporting the Early Careers Advisor in the delivery of marketing materials, including contributing to the ongoing creation and development of social media content
  • Managing the law school registration process for all future trainees.
  • Assisting in the coordination and running of the annual induction program
  • Supporting the bi-annual trainee seat rotation process
  • Administering the appraisal process for trainees, including mid and end of seat reviews
  • Assisting with the continued implementation of the SQE (Solicitors Qualification Exam)

Key requirements for the successful Graduate Recruitment & Development Assistant:

  • Experience working within a professional services organisation
  • An interest in working within a wider HR team, specifically within Graduate Recruitment
  • Strong organisational, communication and team working skills
  • An interest in Marketing and Social Media
