Job Description A prestigious US law firm, who have firmly been a part of the London legal landscape for many decades, are looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment Administrator on a permanent basis, to work within a fantastic team to provide first class support for the London office on all aspects of graduate attraction activity, recruitment and pastoral care of early talent throughout their seat rotations. In addition, you will also be heavily involved with the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusivity programme for the London office, liaising with the Global team regarding all projects and upcoming events.

This Graduate Recruitment Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently at either Administrator level, or who has a real interest in Graduate Recruitment with legal knowledge/education. Standard hours are 09:30 – 17:30, salary up to £30,000 salary depending on experience.

Key responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment Administrator:

Maintaining relationships with key university contacts, to include Careers Services, tutors, law society presidents

Producing all advertising and directory entries, supporting in creating and updating content on social networking sites relating to early talent

Coordinating and running Open Days for prospective applicants

Working within the marketing strategy to ensure that the firm has a presence at all target universities, including a schedule of presentations, attendance at events, and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives to generate applicants for Vacation Schemes

Other duties will include diversity and inclusion outreach

Key requirements for the Graduate Recruitment Administrator:

6 months+ Graduate Recruitment experience within a law firm (or professional services)

Degree educated is advantageous

A keen interest in working within a legal graduate recruitment team, with law education

Excellent administrative and Microsoft Office skills
