A leading SaaS company in the insurance sector is looking for talented French speaking graduates to join them as IT Support Analysts. This is an amazing entry-level opportunity for STEM graduates with French language skills to kick-start their careers as Support Analysts. You would be providing front-line support to their clients, advising them on how to use the platform, and ensuring the company’s excellent reputation is maintained. The role is based in Central London and on a hybrid basis (2 days a week in office) after probation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer and system errors
• Answering all customer queries about the platform and providing bespoke solutions
• Analysing customer needs and gathering new ideas to improve services
• Configuring the system to suit customers and testing new product releases

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a recent STEM graduate who speaks fluent English and French and has excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a strong communicator, logical thinker and have a strong sense of customer service. Profile:

• Must be fluent in English and French
• Must have an excellent academic record, achieving a 2:1 or above at Bachelor’s level and ideally an A in A-Level Maths.

• A strong communicator with customer-focused approach
• A team-player who can build strong professional relationships
