Executive Administrative Assistant – Financial Services, Central London – MUST have a Degree to apply along with corporate PA/ admin experience – £50k – Hybrid

A well established, global Investment Firm is currently looking to recruit a graduate calibre, polished and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.

They are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities in a highly demanding environment. Experience of managing multiple diaries and booking global travel is also essential. You will have proven PA experience, ideally gained from within the financial services sector and be passionate about what you do!

Offering hybrid working within cool offices, this is a super fast paced environment, working with a close knit team. Providing full support to 4 MD’s along with wider support to a team of Analysts, they are seeking a proactive and energetic candidate with corporate PA experience who has the confidence to push back and make the role their own.

A busy and varied support role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including heavy calendar management, taking calls, booking global travel itineraries, arranging events, meeting planning, overflow office management tasks and ad-hoc projects.
