Job DescriptionCredit Analyst – GraduateBridging FinanceLondon£25-£30kWe are working closely with a well established, award winning short term finance lender, who are looking for a Credit Analyst to join the growing team. The Credit Analyst will support the Credit Managers by working directly alongside them throughout the process of the loan application.Main responsibilities:Set up the case files and carry out relevant credit searchesCarry out initial review of searchesObtain valuation & legal quotesSend valuation instructions and diarise to chase inspection dates and reportsInstruct solicitors and diarise to chase through undertakings & signed docsLiaise with Asset Managers in regards to their invoices paymentsCommunicate with brokers / borrowersFirst drafts of approval formsCarry out post completion requirementsInstruction of Asset Managers for drawdowns and reviewal of borrowers invoices / bank statements and prepare the approval formChase non-payersDiarise loans coming to term and chase repayment routes
