GRADUATE Geo-environmental Engineer Bath

Our clients are a medium sized consultancy that offers a wide services to the land, energy, retail, housing, commercial and property sectors.

Due to an increase in work load they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Geo-environmental Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a a graduate with 12-18 months experience. The role will involve:

? Assisting with report writing for Geo Environmental Projects.

? Environmental monitoring for ground gases, groundwater, dust, and noise.

? Writing of Phase 1 Desk Studies.

? Writing of Coal Mining Risk Assessments.

? Assisting with the development of Remediation Strategies.

? Supervision of site investigation works including logging of soils/rocks in accordance with BS5930 and Eurocode.

? Scheduling of geotechnical and chemical testing on soils and communication with laboratory.

? Use of Holebase to produce borehole, trial pits logs and cross sections.

Our clients offer a flexible work life, with a combination of home/office based work with a further option of a 4 day working week.

You SHOULD IDEALLY be already based within an hour of Bath and must have a valid UK driving license.
