JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, contributing to the overall well-being of our employees and the success of Joskos. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who is passionate about HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Onboarding:~ Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.Employee Offboarding:~ Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve the employee experience.Employee Relations:Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Mediate and resolve employee issues while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.Payroll Support:Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Address payroll-related queries from employees.Data Reporting:Generate HR reports and analytics as required.Help with HR metrics and analysis.Policy Development and Compliance:Stay up to date with UK employment laws and regulations.Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.Performance Management:Oversee and Coordinate performance review processes.Provide guidance to managers on performance management, goal setting, and feedback.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.Diversity and Inclusion:Promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation through various initiatives and programs.Employee Engagement:Plan and organise employee engagement activities and events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.CIPD certification level 5.Proven experience in HR roles.Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
