An experienced Trainee IT Pre-Sales Technician with at least 2 years of IT Support experience is needed to join the team at this award-winning Print Management, Telecoms and IT Solutions provider based in Newark on a full-time basis.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £36,000 for the first 24 months which will consequently be increased to £65,000. The company also offers a car allowance, a company laptop and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and pain points

Collaborating with the Sales Manager to design customised solutions

Creating compelling proposals with the Manager

Providing expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales process

Staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Experience:

At least Two years of previous experience in an IT Support role, such as IT helpdesk

Experience with hardware platforms, fileservers, and endpoints essential

Experience with IT infrastructure and networks

Extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365

Knowledge of Software licencing, including Microsoft 365

Azure certifications are highly desirable

Previous hands-on experience in an IT Support/ Engineering background with cloud migration

Required Skills:
