Job Description

Who You Are:

As the CRM Marketing Intern, EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting with the CRM activations to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. You will support the CRM Manager with managing the CRM communications calendar, creation of CRM tools, monitoring performance, reviewing analytics and producing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

What You’ll Do:

CRM Manager in gathering weekly CRM updates from retail network

weekly, monthly and campaign driven reporting

in on weekly meetings, circulate meeting notes and actions

weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM tracker

creative briefs for different activations, tools and assets needed to support regional activations including email, DM, social campaigns across the EMEA region

invoice requests and keep log of all invoices, update invoice tracker on weekly basis

event calendar and cost tracker updated on a weekly basis

with the creation of the monthly newsletter

notes for weekly activities tracker

event reports and other campaign reporting including email and gifting

with email testing

in the creation of CRM toolkits and other clienteling tools

CRM best practices and competitor research. Work with wider team/s to brainstorm new creative growth strategies. Identify, share and drive best practice and learning’s

events taking place in London for production support

all administration work, including handling mail to the stores and processing invoices etc.

CRM Manager with store visits in London when required

administrative support to the Senior Marketing Director

You’ll Need to Have:

Graduate calibre

Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel

Strong numeracy skills

Excellent administration skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good understanding of luxury, branding and fashion

Ability to be a confident team player and work on own initiative when required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to understand and work with different cultures and markets

Fluency in English, spoken and written

Strong communication skills

Excellent organization skills, with an ability to multi task

Ability to be innovative and proactive, with a “can-do” and flexible approach

A passion for the role you play in your capacity

Flexibility, enthusiasm, and the ability to cope well under pressure
