Business Services Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Your role:

You will work as part of the Business Services Team providing support across the company. This will include the following:

? Delivering a consistently high-quality service to all our colleagues at all levels of seniority to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company.

? Providing general administrative support across the company including supporting the business service areas of Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Communications.

Specifically, this includes:

? Booking travel and accommodation

? Booking and coordinating training sessions and activities

? Maintaining and updating our internal systems

? Keeping comprehensive and accurate records

? Assisting with project management-related tasks including mini audits and financial maintenance (invoicing, forecasting etc)

? Arranging meetings of different types and sizes – internal and external

? Internal meeting support – minute taking and action follow up

Who we are looking for:

Qualifications; At least 5 GCSEs with:

? GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential

? GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential

You will be a motivated individual who works well independently and as part of a team with excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external clients in a helpful and professional manner.

? Accuracy and good attention to detail

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to, and sometimes implement own, processes

? The ability to quickly learn and adapt to company procedures and systems

? Some experience of MS Office, with excellent skills in Excel and Word

? Good numeracy skills

? Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with staff, suppliers and clients

? Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and expectations of colleagues, communicate progress and raise questions where appropriate

? Adaptability – to deal constructively with challenges and to look for the best solution to meet changing priorities and objectives

The training you will be getting:

You will work towards a Business Administration Level 3 and will be expected to attend college fortnightly as part of the course.

Full-time working allowing time out to attend college. The role will be in our modern, eco-friendly offices at Broughton Park, near Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3FD. This unique work setting sits on the boundary of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and offers easy access to stunning countryside.
