Junior Sous Chef

We’re seeking Junior Sous with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. The Junior Sous will assist the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering and rotas, as well as having the opportunity to step up into a Senior Sous role.
