What will you do?

– You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team.

– You will become an expert in one of our specialist division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Local Government and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.

– You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.

– You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.

– You will multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.

– You will work alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.
