Join our public sector client’s team as a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer and play an important role in providing seamless IT service desk support, centrally located in Liverpool.

What you’ll be doing:

As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the front-line hero, the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll tackle IT challenges on the service desk and handle incoming calls, providing rapid solutions.

Your responsibilities include meeting our clients’ diverse IT needs and delivering top-notch support. Working in collaboration with external partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering IT services across 30 sites in the UK.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Solid IT Support Experience: You’re well-versed in 2nd line IT support, ready to tackle any challenge.
  • Active Directory Proficiency: You’ve got the skills to navigate and manage Active Directory with ease.
  • Office 365
  • Hardware Support
  • Windows 10/11
  • Mobile Device Management: Your ability to handle mobile devices is a significant advantage.
