To learn and assist in the efficient management and organisation of aftersales logistics, with a view to taking over the logistics operation.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Handling Logistics – book daily shipping requirements working with shipping provider.

Providing tracking information to customers.

Handling queries regarding deliveries.

Customs Clearance instructions as and when required for incoming shipments.

Organising collection of parcels to be returned to Morgan.

Participate in training sessions and assessments as part of the apprenticeship qualification.

Collate information for reports e.g. late deliveries – goods damaged on delivery.

Organising and filing of necessary documentation within the department.

Negotiating the best possible rates and delivery times with our shipping provider.

Contacting customers with updates on delays with deliveries.

Working with other members of the parts team to deliver the best service possible.
