Overview:

A rapidly growing broker, with 3 locations across the south East, are looking for a Trainee Insurance Broker, who will provide an exceptional service and professional advice to customers.

The ideal candidate will be a professional and business-minded individual who is looking to kick-start their career within Insurance.

The role offers lots of progression and will fully support and fund you throughout gaining your professional qualifications.

Role & Responsibilities of the Trainee Insurance Broker:

Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurers

Converting new business enquiries

Converting renewal business

Incoming and outbound call handling

Cross-selling other insurance products

Provide support to department Executives

Essential Skills & Experience for the Trainee Insurance Broker:

Previous office experience or previous retail experience

A-C in Maths and English GCSE

Highly driven and a desire to succeed

A genuine interest in starting a career within the insurance industry

Package:

£19,000 – £27,000

Hours – 9am-5.30pm / 10am-6.30pm

Hybrid working after probation
