Base salary ranges from £35,000 – £45,000 depending experience + Desk Performance Bonus

Position Overview:

As a Commodities Broker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior brokers and traders in executing trades, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to kick-start or continue their career in the fast-paced world of commodities trading.

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough research on the gas and power markets, industry trends, and relevant economic indicators to assist in decision-making processes.

Client Communication:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Trade Execution

:

Assist in the execution of trades and transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Portfolio Management:Support senior brokers in managing client portfolios, monitoring performance, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Risk Management:Collaborate with the risk management team to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios.

Compliance:Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all activities adhere to compliance standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
