Are you a Junior Sous Chef from a contract catering background with strong fine dining and events experience?

My client is a leading B&I contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef in The City, London.

For this Junior Sous Chef role, you will need to have:

A background in contract catering at a Chef de Partie or more senior level

Fine Dining experience

Events experience

Retail experience

The ability to cater for events with large numbers

Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Junior Sous Chef

role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
