Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join the team. This role will involve a combination of office-based work and regular site visits, providing a great opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in project management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing high-end residential and commercial building projects.
  • Handle project administration tasks, including financial works and procurement management.
  • Regularly visit project sites, liaising with founders and site managers to ensure project progression.
  • Maintain professional client communications via email and face-to-face meetings.
  • Organize and manage teams, ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks and project management.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documents and reports.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driving license.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in team coordination.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Competitive and driven personality, eager to contribute to project success.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work from home as needed.
