The role:

My client are looking for a talented Engineer to join their firm. In this position you will initially focus on day-to-day system administration and supporting end user systems, with an opportunity to grow into working on other parts of the systems infrastructure over time, ultimately managing large projects on their own.

Core skills required:

Server Administration:

Proficient in managing Windows and Linux servers.

Scripting/Programming:

Experienced with PowerShell, Python, and Bash.

Mobile Device Management:

Skilled in implementing and managing MDM/MAM controls.

Videoconference and Phone Systems:

Knowledgeable in setting up and maintaining videoconference and phone systems.

Desktop Support:

Experienced in providing desktop support for Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

White Glove Support:

Expertise in delivering high-touch end-user support.

Windows and Active Directory Administration:

Competent in managing Active Directory environments.

Email System Administration:

Proficient in email system setup, administration, and support.

Security and Compliance:

Knowledgeable in implementing endpoint security measures and managing firewalls.

Public Cloud:

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Ideally the candidate will have worked in a similar environment.

A degree in a relevant subject.
