The role:

My client is looking for a Junior Linux and Storage / HPC Engineer to join their team.

Unbelievable opportunity for a junior Engineer to work in a global cutting edge organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage huge petabyte scale storage systems
• Managing the Linux estate
• Troubleshooting hardware and software across the platform
• Scripting to automate tasks

Skills required:

• 3-5 years of Linux Systems Engineering experience
• Some experience working in Python, Ruby or Bash scripting
• Degree in a relevant area

Desirable skills:

• Agile
• Chef, Puppet or Ansible
• Any experience with GPFS, NFS etc.
• ELK
• Prometheus / Grafana
