Title: Graduate Financial Operations Analyst Firm: Award Winning FinTech Location: London Compensation: Up to 80,000 Starting Base + Exceptional Bonus/Benefits Package Job Description: Affirmation of trades, minimizing risk and ensuring straight through processing for back office Support daily trading activities on desk, working closely with traders, strategists, technologists, and vendors Investigate and Resolve Trade Breaks raised by trading desks, other departments, and counterparties Owning and resolving specific inquiries and ensure timely resolution Reporting metrics and statistics that enable the team to make decisions and constantly improve the department Enabling and maintaining trading systems with up to date reference Market data, including securities and counterparties Required Attributes: Bachelors Degree from a Top Global University Experience/knowledge of Exchanges i.e. LSE, NYSE, Bloomberg & FactSet desirable Strong knowledge on Reference, Market or Index data and different Assets/Instruments- Practical experience/Internships ideal Hold a high degree of personal responsibility and ownership Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment. Have a sense of pride, ownership and accountability in the work that you own. Are able and willing to work outside of standard working hours- early starts required Personality!
