What you will do in your working day

  • Analyse the business environment, industry, sector and competitors to identify potential new customers. 
  • Calling to various care homes, Hospital and other healthcare fascilities to use our services. 
  • Plan strategically and consistently to meet sales targets through prospecting, qualification and pipeline management. 
  • Pitching to prospective clients and closing deals, for services or products. 
  • Tendering to secure placements, while negotiating cost for services.
  • Develop effective sales proposals, tender documents and presentations utilising a range of communications tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to draw more attention to the business. While reviewing our financial standpoint and ensuring we are achieve our desired ROI.
  • Using multivendors to secure placements for care staff.
  • Managing existing clients and ensuring we are meeting their expectations.

The training you will be getting

  • Upon completion candidates will receive a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Business to Business Sales.
  • Candidates will do their training with Middlesex University.
  • Training will be a done on block release.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Candidates can expect to move up within the ranks quickly and manage a department within the company once completing their course. This would be either within Recruitment Staffing, Supported Living or Homecare. 

Away from Huldra, Candidates would have the skills and qualifications for majority of sales roles within the industry.
