Job Description:

Reporting into the Quality team, the Graduate Quality Engineering role is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer at the start of their career to gain experience with multiple Quality, Engineering and Production processes in an AS9100 environment whilst actively contributing to the companys goals.Working on products for multiple Aerospace, Space and Defence markets, with customers such as you will support customers such as Rolls Royce, MBDA, Safran, NASA and Thales

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your academic foundation to tackle real-world quality issues in complex projects.

Be a problem-solver with a curious mind, actively identifying and implementing solutions for deviations from quality specifications.

Partner with shop floor production to identify and drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes align with established quality specifications.

Develop and define measurable quality specifications for product design, collaborating with design & manufacturing teams.

Assist with internal and external audits, including supplier audits, verifying adherence to quality specifications across the supply chain.

Develop metrology approaches for parts and analyze results to ensure conformance to quality specifications.

Champion best practices and implement them across the company, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Education:

Masters/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subject accredited by IMechE.
