We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Supply Chain Co-ordinator and FLM Support to enhance our manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in improving productivity and efficiency while reducing costs through effective planning and management of materials, WIP, and final product stocks. If you are a recent graduate with a background in supply chain, business, or food management, or if you have substantial experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!

Working Hours:

08:00 – 20:00, following a 5/2 pattern (Mon/Tue and Fri-Sun one week, Wed-Thu the next week).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

? Oversee manufacturing process flow from product introduction to delivery.

? Plan and adjust customer orders to meet deadlines.

? Liaise with manufacturing, despatch, and radial FLMs to ensure smooth operations.

? Monitor and manage WIP and finished goods.

Strategy and Planning:

? Monitor and adjust material usage forecasts.

? Manage freezer orders and create plans for peak periods.

? Oversee stock management post-maintenance or hygiene outages.

Execution & Implementation:

? Maintain trackers for material variances, yield, and waste.

? Resolve operational performance issues.

? Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality and safety standards.

Financial and Operational Control:

? Track and address material variances.

? Ensure BOM accuracy and maintain detailed records.

? Support manufacturing team with best practices and KPI measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

? Build relationships within the company and with suppliers.

? Cover Manufacturing FLM holidays and complete process audits.

? Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:

Essential:

? Degree in supply chain, business, or food management, or 5+ years in a similar role.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

? Strong problem-solving skills.

? Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable:

? Experience in a manufacturing environment.

? Placement year during studies

? Experience in planning/supply chain roles.

? Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

? Project management training or experience.

? Familiarity with SAP systems.
