About the role:

  • Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
  • Fielding enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency
  • Making calls to further qualify sales leads and pitch the Houst product
  • Maintaining a high call to sign conversion rate
  • Building your own outbound flow & comfortable cold calling
  • Working with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Proven experience with both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone and written.
  • Naturally competitive
  • Is excited about using new technology to transform an industry
  • Sales or client-facing experience (required)
  • Experience working with Close (CRM) would be an advantage
  • Sales within the property industry would be an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work the occasional Saturday mornings (on a rota within the team)
