Honch is still very much in start-up mode, but our client base is growing quickly and were looking for a brilliant graduate to join our team as a Community Manager.

Were only 3 years old, but Honch is already used by marketers and commercial teams across some of the worlds biggest companies that include Aon, SAP, LV and Decathlon.

Were based in Liverpool Street, offer flexible working, private healthcare and want the very best graduates to join our team.

About the role…

Our user base is growing quickly and we want to make sure that every single client is supported and feels part of a community of forward-thinking professionals. This role is multi-faceted but your core responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding Youll lead sessions for new users that can often be very senior marketing leaders.
  • Client Comms Working on delivering client marketing campaigns and providing regular product updates via our marketing tool Hubspot.
  • Usage Monitoring Identify clients that arent using the service as much as others and provide support.
  • Instant Chat Support users that need immediate help and have contacted us via our chat service.
  • Knowledge Base Manage client training materials and work with partners to develop new video content.
  • Welcome Packs Improve our welcome packs and collateral for new clients

About you

Were looking for someone with a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top university. Youll be passionate about marketing, and youll need both excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Youll receive thorough training over your first 3 months and well do everything possible to make this a brilliant start to your career in marketing or client management.
