Salary: £24,000-£26,000 neg

Hours: 8.30-5pm 1 hour for lunch

Holiday: 23 days plus Bank holidaysAdditional benefits included once passed probation

 

Job Description:

As a Junior Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project operations and ensuring smooth execution. Your responsibilities will span administrative tasks, project support, collaboration, communication, and learning. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  

  

Project Support:

  • Track Projects: Monitor project progress and update relevant documentation using our learning or Procore system.

  

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate with Team Members: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the Point of Contact: Facilitate communication between project participants.
  • Prepare Project Documents and Reports: Assist in creating project-related materials.

  

Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks and deadlines is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in project documentation.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Address challenges that arise during project execution.
