My client is a progressive, independent, chartered investment advisory firm with offices in both London and Wimbledon, who due to expansion are looking to take on a Graduate Financial Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity in Wealth Management. Company offers a hybrid working pattern. This is an ideal chance for a gifted person to become a member of a well-established financial planning team in a boutique independent firm, where you will be fully exposed to every facet of the financial planning cycle. The Opportunity – Graduate Wealth Management Financial Administrator

  • Support established Financial Planners to achieve excellence relating to their Clients’ journey
  • All-encompassing role preparing documents for meetings, diary management, assist in meetings with minutes, open and maintain client files, prepare LOAs, illustrations, portfolio valuations, ensure fund top us, withdrawal, switches and rebalances are carried out whilst taking responsibility as the main point of contact for clients

Will suit either a recent graduate with a university placement/internship within ideally wealth management or a junior Financial Administrator looking to develop their career within this sector.
