Graduate Operations Coordinator

We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding organisation seeking a Graduate Operations Coordinator to join their team.

You will be involved in liaising with clients and customers whilst working alongside the Director and Operations team.

Responsibilities;

Managing global Sea Freight Imports and European Road Freight
Preparing quotations for sea and road freight shipments
Arranging customs clearance
Monitoring shipments
Processing invoices
Training to support the operations department
Completing export and import customs clearance
Raising job files
Speaking with clients on the telephone and by email
Working with the sales team assisting with quotations and service status information
